“创业模拟器”是一款基于多智能体的项目制财商教学平台,旨在解决当前创业教育和财商素养培养中的痛点。该平台通过沉浸式AI沙盘为高校学生提供实战体验,涵盖从0到1的企业创建全过程。关键创新点包括:戏剧情沙盘、多智能体博弈、SRL自适应引擎以及RAG创业专家库等。设计概念强调个性化学习路径与真实商业场景实践相结合,利用技术如AI问答系统、动态市场模拟、情感决策沙盘等提升用户体验。此项目的潜在影响在于能够大幅提升学生的金融素养和创业技能,同时为教师提供数据化决策支持工具,优化教学效率。

传统财商与创业教育存在体系化缺失的问题,主要表现为理论堆砌、案例老旧、缺乏真实项目实践等。这激发了我们开发一个既能增强理论知识又能提供实际操作经验的教学平台的想法。我们的假设是,通过将AI技术和多智能体模拟融入教学中,可以有效弥补现有教育模式的不足,并提高学生的综合能力。之所以相信它会成功,是因为市场上对这种创新型教育解决方案的需求日益增长,而现有的教育资源和技术条件已经足够成熟以支撑其发展。

为了确保解决方案的可扩展性,我们将采用SaaS交付模式,并逐步建立行业脚本商店以丰富内容库。针对潜在瓶颈,如服务器负载过重等问题,我们准备了相应的扩容计划。在环境可持续性方面,数字平台本身减少了纸质材料的使用;长期来看,我们还将不断更新课程内容,满足用户不断变化的需求,促进持续参与。
