Subject: Regarding Late Submission - Adaptive Learning AI Project for the International Competition on AI in Education 2025
Dear Organizing Committee,
I am writing on behalf of our team regarding our submission to the International Competition on Artificial Intelligence in Education 2025, hosted by the Education University of Hong Kong and the Artificial Intelligence Research and Education Alliance.
First and foremost, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delay in our submission. Due to unforeseen technical challenges in finalizing our prototype and comprehensive testing of our adaptive learning solution, we were unable to meet the original March 31st deadline. We deeply regret any inconvenience this may have caused your evaluation team.
Our project focuses on personalized and adaptive learning using AI, directly aligned with Topic 1 of the competition's theme. We have developed an innovative solution that analyzes individual learning patterns and adapts educational content in real-time to meet the unique needs of each student. Our approach utilizes machine learning algorithms to identify knowledge gaps and learning preferences, creating truly personalized educational pathways.
We are participating in Track 3, as we have identified a critical educational problem, developed a functional prototype, and formulated a comprehensive implementation strategy. Our solution addresses significant challenges in traditional one-size-fits-all educational approaches and offers substantial benefits for diverse learning environments.
If it is still possible to consider our late submission, we would be extremely grateful. Our team is passionate about advancing educational technology and would value the opportunity to present our work for evaluation. We understand if this is not possible due to the competition guidelines, and we accept full responsibility for missing the deadline.
