A lot of kids in elementary school can‘t or don’t know how to socialize, including myself. How are we supposed to expand our social circle? If it is diffivult to do it in real life, why don’t we start to do it online first?
I used Scratch to make a prototype solution. The idea is to create a social app specially designed for kids all age to learn communicating with social media etiquette. I have applied the AI literacy model that I learnt from my school, ‘THINK’, to guide users to say things that are ‘true’, ‘helpful’, ‘inspiring’, ‘necessary’ and kind’ with their schoolmates online.
My solution is the best solution. Other than using a special and unique AI literacy model, ‘THINK’. The real solution (not the prototype) will use an AI to check schoolmates’ chats before they send it, to make sure those messages are ‘THINK’-ed.
