1) Please put forward a problem encountered in daily life related to School, Family, Community or Subject-learning, and clearly describe and explain how problems or needs affect life or learning. (No more than 200 words)/請提出一個日常生活遇到的與學校、家庭、社會或學科學習相關的問題,並清楚描述及解釋這問題或需要如何影響生活或學習。(不多於 200 字)
就日常生活中,網絡安全意識教育十分重要,我們可以藉助AI提高對網絡威脅的認知和應對,保障個人和數據安全。AI可以模擬詐騙場景如釣魚郵件、勒索病毒,在互動中學習如何辨別和防禦潛在威脅,亦能根據用戶行為提供即時風險提醒,幫助用戶在日常生活中養成安全的網絡習慣。在學習領域,AI提供針對性課程,可以掌握最新防禦知識。在提升個人網絡安全意識同時,也能減少因疏忽造成的經濟損失與隱私洩露。
2) Please describe the solution and how to use Artificial Intelligence, computational thinking and computer programming technology. (No more than 200 words)/請描述解決方案及當中如何使用人工智能、運算思維及電腦編程技術。(不多於 200 字)
項目中的陪伴機器運用AI進行情感分析和處理,提供實時對話反應和個人建議,作爲“預防”。此外,在面對網絡安全風險時,則可以即時識別風險和分析用戶操作,並依賴AI判斷,作出提醒和發出警示,作爲“風險暴露時的保護”。最後,資訊素養學習軟件軟件則根據學習進度調整內容,結合互動課程、數據追蹤和商家優惠卷,激勵用家繼續使用軟件。三者整合,實現精準且有效的安全教育。

此解決方案具備兼顧不同方面,包括日常陪伴、獎勵機制學習和即時提醒,擁有全方位的教育切入點。AI根據用戶行為提供量身打造的建議與學習內容,提升學習動機。系統可即時偵測可疑操作並發出警示,有效降低風險。學習平台依使用者進度調整內容,搭配互動設計與數據追蹤,提升學習成效。整體設計能提升實際網絡安全應對能力。用家既可以在使用過程中通過獎勵和陪伴,慢慢滲透和瞭解網絡安全知識。方案不僅簡單,又能達到低成本。
