1) Please put forward a problem encountered in daily life related to School, Family, Community or Subject-learning, and clearly describe and explain how problems or needs affect life or learning. (No more than 200 words)/請提出一個日常生活遇到的與學校、家庭、社會或學科學習相關的問題，並清楚描述及解釋這問題或需要如何影響生活或學習。(不多於 200 字)
在傳統校園長跑訓練中，學生因缺乏個性化指導與即時反饋，常面臨兩大痛點：一是訓練方式單一枯燥，學生參與意願低；二是姿勢錯誤無法及時糾正，易導致運動傷害。例如，教師難以兼顧每位學生的步頻、姿態差異，學生在無人指導下可能養成錯誤跑步習慣，長期影響運動表現甚至健康。此問題不僅降低體育教學效率，也阻礙學生培養長跑興趣，間接影響校園體育教育的公平性與創新性。
2) Please describe the solution and how to use Artificial Intelligence, computational thinking and computer programming technology. (No more than 200 words)/請描述解決方案及當中如何使用人工智能、運算思維及電腦編程技術。(不多於 200 字)
本團隊提出「AI Coach AR」系統，結合人工智慧（AI）、擴增實境（AR）與雲端運算技術：
AI技術：透過穿戴裝置蒐集學生心率、步頻等數據，利用姿態辨識模型分析動作標準度，即時生成語音與視覺反饋，糾正錯誤姿勢。
AR技術：以AR眼鏡投影虛擬賽道與遊戲化任務（如成就徽章），提升訓練趣味性，激發學生動力。
雲端系統與運算思維：後台整合學生數據，運用演算法生成個性化訓練方案，並透過教師平台可視化全班數據，實現精準教學管理。技術核心包括電腦視覺、即時數據處理與分佈式系統架構。
3)Please explain why the proposed solution is the best solution. (No more than 200 words)/請解釋為何提議的解決方案是最好的方案。(不多於 200 字)
相較傳統訓練，本方案具三大優勢：
1. 精準化與安全性：AI即時分析動作與生理數據，降低運動傷害風險，解決教師人力不足問題。
2. 趣味化與參與度：AR遊戲化設計將枯燥訓練轉為沉浸體驗，顯著提升學生動機。
3. 數據驅動效率：雲端系統自動化分析與管理，減輕教師負擔，同時實現因材施教，推動體育教育數位轉型。此方案緊扣「AI+教育」趨勢，以技術創新彌補資源缺口，為校園長跑提供可持續、可擴展的最佳解方。
