Many students experience dissatisfaction with their school ID photos, often leading to embarrassment and reluctance to use their ID cards. This issue impacts not only their self-esteem but also school security and access systems. When students dislike their IDs, they are less likely to carry them, which undermines safety protocols and complicates access to important areas within the school. Poor photo perception can lead to administrative hassles and a lack of compliance with ID card usage, ultimately disrupting the intended purpose of these identification systems.

2) Please describe the solution and how to use Artificial Intelligence, computational thinking and computer programming technology. (No more than 200 words)/請描述解決方案及當中如何使用人工智能、運算思維及電腦編程技術。(不多於 200 字)

To address this issue, AI-powered tools can enhance student ID photos while maintaining authenticity for security purposes. Students will be able to adjust lighting, remove blemishes, and refine features within school-approved limits, fostering confidence without distorting their true appearance. Additionally, AI can facilitate customizable card designs, allowing students to personalize layouts and colors while ensuring critical details remain clear and professional. Pre-screening by AI will also ensure compliance with school rules, thereby streamlining the approval process and reducing manual review workloads.

This solution is optimal because it addresses the root cause of student dissatisfaction with ID cards through personalization, which is essential for boosting student pride and usage. Furthermore, the efficiency gained from AI pre-screening and compliance checks speeds up the card issuance process, saving time and resources. Ultimately, this approach not only improves student morale but also reinforces security measures, making it a comprehensive solution to the problem.
