The competition is open to students, educators, researchers, and professionals in the field of AI and education. Participants can register individually or as a team (maximum 6 members per team).
Before the deadline, participants must complete the online registration form (link provided below). The form requires personal information, project information, background information, and contact details. For team registrations, a team leader should be designated to register an account on the website and complete the registration on behalf of the team.
Participants must submit their artefacts or items related to their AI in education project. Artefacts can include source code, research papers, presentations, demos, or other relevant materials. All artefacts should be submitted electronically via the provided submission portal. The submission deadline will be communicated to registered participants via email.
Submissions will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
a. Innovation and originality
b. User experience and design
c. Technical implementation and performance
d. Potential impact on education
e. Scalability market potential and practicality
Winners will be selected in each competition category. Prizes, certificates, and other forms of recognition will be awarded to the winners. The organisers reserve the right to adjust the number and nature of awards based on the quality and quantity of submissions.
Participants retain ownership of their submitted artefacts and intellectual property. By submitting their artefacts, participants grant the organisers a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and showcase the submitted materials for competition-related purposes.
