「毒網追蹤」：偵測太空油毒販的AI平台
香港青少年吸食新型毒品「太空油」的問題日益嚴重，由於其價格低廉（僅需一餐快餐的價錢）且毒販利用社交平台進行隱蔽交易，導致學生容易接觸並購買。根據2024年數據，太空油已成為香港青少年第三大濫用毒品。這種情況不僅危害青少年身心健康，導致抽搐等急性症狀，更可能引發長期成癮、學業荒廢及犯罪問題。傳統的執法方式難以全天候監控社交平台的隱蔽交易，使得毒品持續蔓延，對家庭、學校和社區造成深遠負面影響。
我們研發的AI偵測系統整合多項先進技術來識別毒品交易活動。首先，系統會運用「令牌化」技術分析社交媒體內容，自動辨識可疑暗語。之後便透過「二元分類」算法區分風險用戶，再以「循環神經網絡」精準判定風險等級（高、中、低、以及普通用戶）。系統會自動記錄可疑IP/MAC位址，即時通報相關單位，並採用嚴格的多重認證機制保障資料安全。由此可見，AI技術是我們方案的核心。
我們方案的獨特之處在於技術整合與實務應用價值。系統運用最先進的AI技術，分析效率遠超傳統人工監控，能24小時不停工作，並即時捕捉網路上的毒品交易暗語。獨特的多層級風險分類機制，可同時滿足警方偵查、社工輔導與學校預防等不同需求。更關鍵的是，這是目前唯一專門針對太空油設計的AI智能系統，彌補了現行禁毒工作的技術缺口，還透過嚴密的資料權限管理，在提升執法效能的同時兼顧個資保護，真正實現科技禁毒的目標。
